- Erythromycin ointment qid x 3-5d
- Contact lens wearer (must cover pseudomonas)
- Ciprofloxacin/Ofloxacin or tobramycin 2 drops q4hr x 3 days
- Options are ointment vs drop. The ointments offer lubrication and may be useful when sleeping but otherwise can obscure vision.
